Field Label	Description
PDR Matrix (pane)	This is the description of the screen.
(profile name)	The origin of the PDR Matrix table is displayed here.
Code	The matrix code is a unique value that you enter when the table is created.
Description	This field describes the matrix table.
OK	This option saves your selection and closes the screen.
Cancel	This option closes the screen without saving changes.
